Job Description:

Edgeway Events is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and execution. You will work alongside our event managers to ensure that every event runs smoothly, providing unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate, school, and private functions.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and ensure all details are executed to their satisfaction.
• Help manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and onsite event setup and breakdown.
• Support the event management team in creating detailed event timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for event themes, activities, and overall experience.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during the execution of events.

• Strong interest in event management, hospitality, or related fields.
